Simon Jones

CIPS HUMBER Branch
Simon was responsible for setting up the CIPS Humber Branch in 2011 and has sat as chairman since 2016. Simon started his career as a recruitment professional, he is deeply passionate about developing talent. Simon established Identify in 2014, a distinguished search and selection firm located in East Yorkshire.
Beyond his role in
recruitment, he is also the founder of Top 30 Under 30s, an esteemed awards
process dedicated to celebrating and empowering future leaders across the
Yorkshire region. Through this initiative, this recognises outstanding
individuals at employers in the Hull & Humber, Leeds & West Yorkshire
and South Yorkshire regions, and further develop them through a 12 month
process of leadership development, peer to peer support and confidence
building. This process has regularly been described as "life
changing" and has helped foster a generation of leaders that have the
self-awareness and skills to be effective in their roles
More recently, Simon has set up Hype3, a video and media production business
focused on crafting compelling content for organisations throughout the UK.
By harnessing the power of storytelling and visual communication, we help
organisations showcase their sales proposition, story, culture, values, and
career opportunities.
