Event Details
Up to 30% of our time in the workplace is spent dealing with conflict. Procurement is in a unique position in that we have a direct impact on internal departments, suppliers and customers, enhancing the chance of conflict occurring. Dealing with the tension is draining and ultimately it can derail negotiation and stakeholder relationships. While conflict is inevitable the chaos that sometimes comes with it is not. This session will focus on uncovering our conflict behaviours and offer practical tools to navigate conflict without it derailing your work.
This event aims to:
- Identify your conflict hot triggers
- Analyse if your conflict behaviours are more destructive or constructive
- Adopt new practices to navigate conflict
