Claire is a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Hays specialising in the recruitment of temporary and permanent procurement professionals in the public and private sector. Claire has built a wide network of both candidates and clients in the East of Scotland, focusing on building relationships and helping them achieve their goals. Claire is an SME on Scotland’s Procurement market and will provide deep commercial knowledge and insights to both employees and employers.
Kimberley Johnston FCIPS

Kimberley has been a member of CIPS for almost 20 years, has carried out a variety of procurement and supply chain roles in industries including nuclear engineering, FMCG, visual communications and agriculture. Kimberley is the Head of Manufacturing at Aggreko Lomondgate facility in Dumbarton where she leads a team of ~180 in manufacturing Aggreko products to the highest safety and quality standards. Kimberley created the procurement apprenticeship scheme in 2022, you will hear from the training manager and a mix of apprentices through the programme.
