Matthew has spent over 20 years working in procurement and supply chain across several industries, holding senior positions, including CPO roles. During this time, he has undertaken or contributed to several procurement transformations.

For the last eight years, Matthew has been the Managing Director at Procurato, and SpendQube, a specialist procurement consultancy and spend analysis company. He oversees clients embarking on procurement transformations, ranging from greenfield initiatives to projects within very mature organizations.

Matthew will share his learnings, critical success factors, and trapdoors to watch out for when undertaking a transformation.
