Event Details

Risk has played a huge part in the daily role of a procurement and supply chain professional, but have we ever considered these questions: how do we know what risk actually is? Where do the opinions of risk come from? How do we analyse risk events? What is risk intelligence? How can we be riskier? What is cognitive entrenchment and how does it impact our decision making? How do I know what I know? How can I use all of this to make better procurement and supply chain decisions.

In this talk we try to go beyond the factors of procurement and supply chain management to get people thinking about decisions they make every day and why they make them and whether we can process information in a new way and ultimately make better decisions.

Note this is an in-person interactive event and cannot be accessed online.
