For the tenth year in a row, Hays has partnered with CIPS to provide insights into the procurement profession for employers and professionals alike.

Based on survey findings from thousands of professionals working in procurement, the CIPS Salary Guide, in partnership with Hays, shines a light on the procurement trends that are shaping the future of the function.

Scott has been working in the recruitment industry with Hays for the past 22 years, with an exceptional network of contacts and relationships across various industries including working with CIPS as an exclusive knowledge partner where I am an affiliate member. My current role is to engage with our private and public sector clients to advise on bespoke solutions that include recruitment PSLs, MSP/RPO and Consultancy/SOW. As the UK & I head of our Procurement, Supply Chain and Logistics specialisms, I lead the recruitment strategy across our UK & I business as well as supporting our Americas and EMEA regions. I have also featured in The Financial Times, Procurement Magazine, Logistics Magazine and Supply Chain Online publications plus have spoken at several events across the globe.

What is the Handling Charge for?

To ensure tickets are delivered safely and securely and to keep the price as low as possible for you, the ticket buyer, CIPS Events generally uses our E-ticket system unless otherwise stated.

For this service we charge a small Handling Fee to cover the debit/credit card processing fees, customer services, processing and distribution of tickets and our secure server costs. We always try to keep these costs to an absolute minimum. If you feel at any time that our prices are not fair or competitive we'd be happy to hear from you.

Delivery

If you have ordered physical paper tickets there is a further Delivery cost added to cover the delivery of your order through the Royal Mail network.

We always endeavour to keep these costs as low as possible to merely cover the costs of postage. We only charge you one Delivery cost per order so if there is a big group of you recommend purchasing larger amounts in one order.

When you purchase tickets through CIPS Events, the full face value of the ticket is shown. This price is the price set by the event organiser and we pay this full amount to the organiser without any deductions.
