An Interactive Workshop in association with the RSCN:

You could say that failing to win new business is the ultimate business risk. Without sales, your organisation can’t generate cash to operate. But not all sales are equal!

There are deals that, despite looking good on the surface, are actually impossible to deliver at a profit. There are some which could never be delivered at all! And others where, if anything goes even a little bit wrong, the terms of the contract mean that your business’s continued existence is under threat. These are the deals that you'll really wish you hadn’t won...

This half-day workshop will help you to assess commercial and legal risk to see whether this deal is a good one - ideally before submitting your tender!

We’ll be looking at:

·  how a contract is made (and whether receiving a PO is a good thing or a bad thing!)

·  the most important things to get right when bidding for new opportunities

·  the red flags that should make you think twice before bidding or accepting new work

Join us from 08:30 on 23rd October, for a challenging, stimulating and interactive workshop, delivered by Tiffany Kemp, CEO of Legal and Commercial Advisory firm, Devant.

You’ll be glad you did!
