Sasha Molloy
Consultant, Proxima
Sasha has been a Consultant at Proxima for the past 3 years, after joining the business as a graduate in 2021. With a Masters in Environmental Management, she has worked on a variety of client projects in both the public and private sector. Sasha is passionate about delivering purposeful outcomes for our clients and looks forward to sharing her experience of working on social value projects.
Gemma Thompson
Senior Consultant, Proxima
After joining Proxima as a Logistics & Supply Chain Management graduate, where her degree was accredited with CIPS, Gemma progressed through Proxima’s Consulting Fast Track Program, gaining procurement experience by delivering a variety of projects across multiple categories. Gemma then joined Proxima’s Solutions team, responsible for crafting answers for clients and developing programmes that aim to address the root cause of complex challenges and deliver against specific requirements, including in Sustainability. Taking that into her role now supporting Strategy and Growth within the business, Gemma focusses on developing Proxima’s offerings and creating compelling and creative content for our industry.
