Umesh has worked for worked across multiple industries like Manufacturing, Distribution, IT/ITES, BFSI etc in large organizations such as Godrej, HSBC, Symantec-Veritas, Atos Origin and currently leading the procurement at HDFC Life. Shammi Dua

Shammi Dua is an engineer with post-graduation in SCM from IIM-Mumbai (NITIE).

He is a dynamic Supply Chain operations specialist with 25 years of international, corporate consulting & diverse industry experience. He has a rich hands-on-experience in Automotive, Perishables, FMCG, and Coatings businesses. He has worked with HUL, Mahindra, Cadbury, Samsung, AkzoNobel and GSK. He has extensive experience in sales operations, customer service, distribution and logistics, supply chain planning, sourcing, and third party manufacturing. 

Dr Chandran Vinoth Kumar

Dr. Chandran Vinoth Kumar is a seasoned healthcare supply chain management professional, an innovator, author, academician, researcher, medico-legal expert, bio-disaster management specialist, circularity expert and a sustainability advocate. He holds a doctorate and a postgraduate degree in Hospital Management from Apollo Hospitals, Chennai. He also possesses a postgraduate degree in Business Management from the Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Ghaziabad. His academic pursuits include post graduate qualifications in Medical Law & Ethics (NLSIU), Materials Management and Labor Laws with Administrative Laws. He has received specialized training in Health Technology Assessment (AIIMS) and Lean and Six Sigma in Healthcare (IIHMR University), successfully implementing numerous projects. Additionally, he is trained in Comprehensive Disaster Management (NIDM), New Delhi.

Dr Kumar is a recipient of many awards and accolades from organisations both within the country and abroad. A remarkable achievement is his recognition in the India Book of Records (IBR), Asia Book of Records (ABR), World Book of Records (UK) and Guinness World Records. Notably, he is the first healthcare supply chain management professional in India to achieve this feat

Senthil Arasu

Senthil Arasu is a successful Procurement leader with rich experience in Strategic sourcing, Supplier performance Management, Cost management & Techno-commercial negotiations with a proven track record for various Indirect sourcing categories.

Senthil is a Mechanical Engineer, MBA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Strategic Management course from IIM Lucknow and further specialization in Procurement.

He is also a Vice Chairman for CIPS India Branch, and a cricketer who played for Tamil Nadu and University.

Rajeev Kadam
