The CIPS West Wales Branch would like to invite you to a talk by Rob Stewart, Leader at City and County of Swansea – Swansea the next 5 years. Rob previously attended a CIPS event in 2018 where he outlined investment and City Centre refurbishment. This session will look to build on these discussions and also look ahead to the ambition within the City and County of Swansea over the next 5 years.

This will be followed by a Q&A session along with an opportunity to network with fellow commercial professionals from around the local area.

Buffet will also be available for those attending.

Rob Stewart

Leader City and County of Swansea (2014-Present)

Rob has a background in Project and Programme Management and worked at DVLA for 11 years. Rob was a former Cabinet member for Finance and Resources at Swansea Council and currently holds the position of County Councillor elect - Swansea’s Morrison Ward - a position he has held since 2003.

What is the Handling Charge for?

To ensure tickets are delivered safely and securely and to keep the price as low as possible for you, the ticket buyer, CIPS Events generally uses our E-ticket system unless otherwise stated.

For this service we charge a small Handling Fee to cover the debit/credit card processing fees, customer services, processing and distribution of tickets and our secure server costs. We always try to keep these costs to an absolute minimum. If you feel at any time that our prices are not fair or competitive we'd be happy to hear from you.

Delivery

If you have ordered physical paper tickets there is a further Delivery cost added to cover the delivery of your order through the Royal Mail network.

We always endeavour to keep these costs as low as possible to merely cover the costs of postage. We only charge you one Delivery cost per order so if there is a big group of you recommend purchasing larger amounts in one order.

When you purchase tickets through CIPS Events, the full face value of the ticket is shown. This price is the price set by the event organiser and we pay this full amount to the organiser without any deductions.
