Join us for
an insightful session on Energy Demand and its role in the Net Zero
Transition. As businesses grapple with ESG challenges, the urgency to act has
never been greater. Net zero, in particular, stands at a tipping point: the
cost of not acting could outweigh the benefits of operational change.
In the
context of procurement, where a significant portion of emissions fall under
Scope 3, our discussion will focus on the following key areas:
- Understanding Energy Demand: We’ll explore the dynamics of energy demand, its impact on sustainability, and the need for strategic management.
- Procurement’s Crucial Role: Learn how effective procurement practices can drive positive environmental outcomes. From supplier selection to contract negotiations, every decision matters.
- Competitive Advantage: When managed well, energy demand becomes more than a challenge—it becomes a competitive advantage. Discover how businesses can leverage sustainability practices to stay ahead.
- Clean Energy Superpower: Following the Labour government’s recent energy announcements, we’ll take a look at the key areas of policy that are most likely to have an impact on procurement in the drive towards a low carbon future for the UK
Don’t miss this opportunity to gain valuable insights and contribute to the net zero movement.
