Event Details

The Event will be divided into two sections (panel + networking). We will be starting the event with a panel discussion on the following topic: How to best manage your internal legal stakeholders and outside legal services providers?

Aims: How to best manage your legal colleagues and law firms

A good understanding of the legal services market and mindsets of its various stakeholders is what you need to know to be a trusted business partner. From your legal department and legal operations colleagues to partners in law firms and their business development team, every stakeholder has its own mindset, bias and ways of working.

The Panel will take you through practical insights and recipes to shine in the procurement of legal services.

In this interactive session, you will learn:

● How the legal market ticks

● How your legal colleagues think and what they expect from you

● What law firms and their business development teams care for and aim to achieve

● Key characteristics and strategies of successful RFP processes

The session will provide for war stories, practical insights, and interactive discussions with participants.

This event is open to members and non-members
