Procurement Sustainability Project Manager
Gaynor is a procurement professional of several years standing and is a Fellow of CIPS and is passionate about the profession including giving talks at universities on current sustainability and supply chain topics. Gaynor is the Education Officer on the CIPS Birmingham & Coventry Branch Committee, supports CIPS Fellows Committee and volunteers as a Climate Ambassador for STEM.
Dimitra Koutsochera FCIPS Chartered
Head of Quality, Manutan International Group
Dimitra is a supply chain and quality professional with over 10 years’ experience. She is passionate about improving the supply chain delivering company’s strategic goals. Dimitra is a Fellow of CIPS, member of the CIPS Birmingham & Coventry Branch, volunteer as part of the Lean Procurement team focusing on student support for their CIPS studies and a Practitioner of the Chartered Quality Institute.

Emma Marie is a
passionate Procurement professional with over 10 years’ experience. She has
worked herself up the ladder by starting as a Procurement/Sales Administrator
through to Procurement Category Specialist. A newly MCIPS member Emma Marie
provides guidance and inspiration to her colleagues on the succession to
achieving their MCIPS.
Emily Scott MCIPS
Procurement Manager, HS2 Limited
Emily has over 6 years’ experience in procurement and began her career at HS2 Ltd in 2017 as an apprentice and has worked her way up through the corporate procurement team to her current role as a Procurement Manager. Having recently been awarded MCIPS, Emily has also recently been given the award of Highly Commended for Individual of the Year at the GOAwards.
Millie Semple CIPS Diploma
Commercial & Procurement and Supply Chain Apprentice, HS2 Ltd
Millie embarked on her apprenticeship journey in 2022 and attended Sixth Form in Solihull. Since joining HS2 Ltd, Millie has volunteered for multiple events including careers fairs across the UK, meeting lots of inspirational people along the way and is also a member of the Early Careers Network Committee, helping to organise events for other apprentices and graduates.
