Terry Brewer FCIPS

of Public Sector Delivery, Social Value Portal
Terry is Managing Director of Comparatus Ltd, providing a range of procurement services to a number of organisations. Two current roles are Commercial and Procurement Consultant for the London Grid for Learning and Executive Consultant for the Social Value Portal. He was previously the Divisional Director Commercial, Contracts and Procurement for the London Boroughs of Harrow and Brent, managing a shared procurement service across both boroughs. Key responsibilities were to provide the leadership and management of commercial activity and procurement in the Boroughs. Previously Chief Procurement Officer for the London Borough of Camden overseeing the work of 4 Procurement Hubs to deliver the procurement requirements of Directorates. Former Chair of the London Heads of Procurement Network and sat on the London Procurement Strategy Board.
Terry is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply and
obtained an MBA with the Open University.
