Heineken UK, alongside MSDUK, will host a branch event to provide members
and non-members the opportunity to learn and glean insights on supplier
diversity advocacy, programmes and developments.
The aim is to provide attendees with a greater awareness of supplier diversity and find out the key actions being taken to foster diverse and inclusive
supply chains in business.

Andrea Keir
Category Manager, Heineken UK
Andrea Keir is category manager for professional and business services within the Heineken UK procurement team and, in 2023, joined the Heineken global supplier diversity steering committee. Andrea is working alongside her global colleagues to develop a global supplier diversity roadmap and focusing attention within the UK.
Reshma Sheikh
Managing Director, MSDUK
Reshma is MSDUK’s Managing Director and she is at the forefront of steering MSDUK towards a future marked by diversity and innovation. Throughout her professional journey, she has navigated roles in corporate, small and medium enterprises, and the non-profit sector. Demonstrating a consistent ability to achieve challenging objectives, whether leading senior leadership teams, implementing business strategies, or driving business growth.
Selina McCole
Managing Director, Corporate Planning & Management, Goldman Sachs (UK)
Selina is responsible for driving the firm’s sustainability strategy for
its buildings, operations and supply chain.
This includes a goal to spend $1.5B with small and diverse vendors in
three years and to achieve net zero carbon in Goldman Sachs’ operations and
supply chain by 2030.
Professor Medero
Civil EngineerMedero is a civil engineer and has been developing research for over 15 years developing innovative building materials made from recycled waste. She is the inventor of the K-Briq and her research has led to the spinout company Kenoteq to be formed (www.kenoteq.com) . The K-Briq is a construction brick made of over 90% recycled waste and less than 10% of embodied carbon in comparison with fired clay bricks. Professor Medero is the Head of the Geotechnics and Innovative Construction Materials Research Group and Heriot-Watt and the Hydro Nation Chair Research Leader Fellow working on eliminating carbon emissions from infrastructure.
