Our guest speaker Paul Mallows from Transport for London will discuss the scale and geographic spread of the economic contribution of TfL’s supply chain expenditure through a summary of the key findings of a modelling exercise that provided economic impact estimates at a national, sub-national and local level.

The aim is demonstrate the impact and reach of procurement and supply chain management.

Paul Mallows has over 30 years’ experience in procurement and supply chain management, for large infrastructure projects for both the private and public sectors.

MCIPS qualified, Paul is an expert in procurement and supply chain management across a number of different market sectors but now specialises in public sector procurement and specifically - rail.  An ardent proponent of “true” supply chain management Paul seeks to embed socially responsible practices in procurement to include local, regional and national supply base and environment as part of Corporate Social Responsibility practices.
