Chelsea Sibanyoni
Global Strategic Sourcing Manager: Warehousing & Customs Clearance, Ericsson Southern Africa
Chelsea Sibanyoni graduated from the University of Johannesburg, South Africa in 2019 with a BCom Honours Degree in Logistics Management. After graduation, she joined a graduate programme in Logistics Management at ABB South Africa under the electronification manufacturing warehousing unit. Chelsea would then join Ericsson in 2020 as a Strategic Sourcing Manager with focus of procuring site services for telecom sites in South & East Africa. She maintained the role for 4 years where she has acquired skills in managing internal & external stakeholders, negotiating skills, analytical skills and interpersonal skills.
In January 2024, Chelsea took up a global role in Strategic Sourcing with a focus of procuring warehousing services, customs clearance and domestic freight services for Africa & Dubai.
Chelsea is currently pursuing her Advanced Diploma in Procurement & Supply through CIPS. Studying towards MCIPS Chelsea believes that the CIPS curriculum will help her to take up a leadership role in Procurement & Supply in the next 5 years.
