Stuart Rees MCIPS
Head of Commercial – Energy Affordability ,Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ), UK Government
Stuart is an experienced and multi-award-winning procurement professional and leader employed by the Government Commercial Organisation (GCO). Stuart has led commercial teams in private and public sectors, including the Vaccine Taskforce’s (VTF) Covid-19 vaccine and antibody contracts valued in excess of £10bn and more recently the DESNZ response to the energy crisis valued in excess of £44bn. Stuart holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Strategic Procurement Management and is a chartered member of the chartered institute of procurement and supply (MCIPS).

Commercial Lead (Non-domestic) – Energy Affordability, Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ), UK Government
Bin is a commercial professional employed by Government Commercial Organisation (GCO). Bin has worked on various high profile complex projects and programmes cross both private and public sectors with extensive experience in procurement and commercial management, including the most recent £44bn Energy Affordability Programme in response to the energy crisis.
