Event Details

The event will be a visit to the Piston Distillery, where the overview of the complete Gin making process will be explained, from the perspective of the Procurement & Supply Chain, there will be samples as well as a Cheese Board available.

Full payment will be taken at the time of booking your place. Should you need to cancel your place, please note the refund conditions below:

Within 4 weeks plus of the event date - 100% refund
Within 3 weeks of the event date - 50% refund
Within 2 weeks of the event date - no refund will be provided.

Guests can park along the wall on Diglis Road. Please note there is a charge where you will be required to pay by app. Welcome address at 6.00pm

What is the Handling Charge for?

To ensure tickets are delivered safely and securely and to keep the price as low as possible for you, the ticket buyer, CIPS Events generally uses our E-ticket system unless otherwise stated.

For this service we charge a small Handling Fee to cover the debit/credit card processing fees, customer services, processing and distribution of tickets and our secure server costs. We always try to keep these costs to an absolute minimum. If you feel at any time that our prices are not fair or competitive we'd be happy to hear from you.

Delivery

If you have ordered physical paper tickets there is a further Delivery cost added to cover the delivery of your order through the Royal Mail network.

We always endeavour to keep these costs as low as possible to merely cover the costs of postage. We only charge you one Delivery cost per order so if there is a big group of you recommend purchasing larger amounts in one order.

When you purchase tickets through CIPS Events, the full face value of the ticket is shown. This price is the price set by the event organiser and we pay this full amount to the organiser without any deductions.

Tasting session on two products Gin & Vodka incl cheese board
7.00pm - Covid change of products, adapting from gin to hand sanitiser
7.30pm - Questions on purchasing & supply subjects such as raw materials, pricing, availability, commercial pressures, sourcing, specification.
7.45pm - End
