This talk is aimed at giving procurement and supply chain professionals some techniques of how to identify cost saving and value creation opportunities, we will talk through some ideas for cost savings and then a few innovative suggestions for value creation. We will explore the practical examples of what different approaches organisations have taken across different sectors to enable procurement to achieve the maximum returns for the organisation's strategic objectives.
