Working at The Hong Kong & China Gas Co. Ltd. (Towngas) for more than 30 years. Experienced in defining and implementing the supply chain strategies as well as leading the digital transformation in supply chain, setting up and managing the warehouses and logistic operation.  In addition to HK business, also responsible for establishing the purchasing system, identifying the good quality suppliers and price negotiation for over 300 Joint Ventures in China. Coping with the corporate strategy in developing gas resources into China and leading LNG trading business for the group. 


Oscar Lee

General Manager, Procurement & Administration, West Kowloon Cultural District Authority

Oscar Lee is the General Manager, General Procurement and Administration of the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority (WKCDA). Oscar joined WKCDA in 2018. His objective is to help business users realize the value of their procurement budget and facilitate the operation of the Authority by selecting the right suppliers to work with. In the last couple of year, Oscar and his team have seen the organization through the successful venue opening of M+ Museum and the Hong Kong Palace Museum. Oscar holds an MBA degree from the Imperial College Business School and has extensive supply chain management and indirect procurement experience.
