Mr. Suresh Keshavan, MCIPS Chartered

I take satisfaction in having extensive understanding of the entire supply chain and I am a specialist in contract & procurement negotiation, inventory control, logistics, and warehousing. An influential and forward-thinking leader who creates collaboration among the key decision makers to achieve organisational buy-in empowers high performance teams, builds the trust of the executive management, and is constantly at the forefront of company innovations.

A global supply chain professional with practical leadership experience in a variety of supply chain functions, including procurement, vendor management, vendor negotiation, contracts management, transportation, strategic sourcing, inventory management, accounts payable, and logistics. Senior Manager - Global Contract Management, Veolia. 

I am an accomplished Procurement & Contracts Management Professional with a strong educational background and expertise in Procurement, Contracts, Leadership, Strategy, and Sustainability. With an MBA in Finance and Strategy from FMS Delhi, where I graduated as a Gold Medalist, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, I bring a unique blend of business acumen and technical knowledge to my work.

Throughout my professional career, I have demonstrated exceptional leadership skills, effectively leading teams and driving them towards achieving ambitious goals. At Veolia Water Technologies and Solutions, I am leading Global Contract Management, resulting in contractual risk mitigation, EBITDA savings and improved terms and conditions for the organization. I have played a key role in developing and implementing a streamlined Contract management process, leading to improved efficiency and reduced turnaround time. I have also implemented contract risk mitigation strategies to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, minimizing potential liabilities for the organization.

In my previous role with NTPC, I was leading the procurement activities for mega scale Thermal and Renewable Projects of billion dollar scale. Further, my experience in the Indian Armed Forces has honed my leadership abilities, overseeing large teams with diverse backgrounds to accomplish operational objectives. 

I have a strong commitment to promoting sustainability in my professional endeavors. By integrating sustainability considerations into procurement and contracts management, I strive to contribute to a more sustainable future.
