We are excited to provide an exclusive event for CIPS Fellows with an established thought leader and author Buki Mosaku. Buki will be delivering an interactive workshop related to managing diversity and inclusion.
You will be introduced to the powerful, yet simple ‘IDU’ Methodology, learning techniques to effortlessly navigate all forms of career-stifling unconscious workplace bias, and dispassionately recondition unconscious perpetrators -including themselves-in the process.
These skills enable leaders and their teams to navigate workplace bias without negatively impacting relationships between colleagues or between staff and management, thereby ensuring more cohesive, harmonious, high performing and productive teams.
Please note this is a CIPS Fellows only event. If you book to attend and you are not a CIPS Fellow, your booking will be cancelled.
