Pascal holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management and a post graduate professional Diploma (MCIPS) and a Fellowship (FCIPS) from the premier Chartered Institute of Procurement &Supply Management, UK. What he bring's to the table include over 25 years of Logistics, Contracting, Procurement & Supply Chain Management experience and expertise in the government and Oil &Gas Sectors. Overall Contract Management, Total Cost of Ownership Concepts, Strategic Cost Leadership Concepts and the Shell Core values of Honesty. Currently serving the Government and people of Imo State, Nigeria as Director General and CEO at the Bureau of Public Procurement and Price Intelligence.
