Summary of Presentation: In a constantly evolving scenario of sourcing, an interesting point of reflection has to be made on the dynamics of off-shoring, re-shoring as well as near-shoring parts and operations, taking into account emerging opportunities and latent risks.

Biography of Speaker: Alberto is an experienced Purchasing leader, covering automotive, truck and agricultural equipment sectors with extensive skills and maturity in strategic sourcing, data analysis, risk evaluation, contract negotiation and stakeholder management.

Able to adapt to different roles and different competences over the years, always delivering high levels of results while turning from a quality to a purchasing senior manager.

Used to build organizations and team from zero managing large groups of resources on a global footprint.

Now in charge of leading the Extended Europe Purchasing team at Comau, in direct report to our Global Head of Procurement.
